Mary Kabandama Chanda is the Senior Pensions Administrator for Benefits Consulting Services Limited, a role she  assumed in January 2018. Her roles include; pension administration, client retention and Marketing, She is in charge of the Administration department for Bencon.  Before she took up this role. She was the Client Liaison officer at African Life Financial Services Zambia Limited, a position that kept her in contact with the entire clientele base for Bencon, Prior to Joining African Life, Mary worked for Linen Centrum and Iway Africa as a marketing personnel.

Mary holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Herriot Watt University in Scotland and a Post Graduate  Diploma in Marketing under the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). She is a full Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.
