VACANCY : Marketing Officer
LOCATION : Kitwe, Regional Office
JOB PURPOSE
Grow the Company’s Market share by Innovating and launching new Services and Products as well as
pivoting from existing models.
REPORTING TO;
The Regional Manager
MAIN DUTIES;
Work with the Head Marketing to develop and implement Media and Marketing strategies,
Coordinate marketing events and exhibitions for promotion of the company’s products
Conduct internal and external market research to identify and capture potential markets for the
Company
Conduct sales presentation and talks ensuring Rigorous selling and Marketing of the Company
products
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual and Annual Reports and marketing budget for
advertisements, promotional events and all types of expenses involved in marketing the services
offered at the Regional Level
Implement and Maintain a well-articulated market retention strategy to ensure customer satisfaction
and loyalty.
Prepare Annual Marketing budget for
Implement the Digital Marketing strategy
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS
Degree in Marketing
Master’s Degree an added advantage
Member of The Zambia Institute of Marketing
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of experience of Marketing Pension Related Products
OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
The job holder must have excellent oral skills as the role requires being in contact with Trustees and
administrators involving technical issues
Very good Written communication skills in drafting proposals and reports and communication with
stakeholders
